To build an effective education and training platform will require distinct steps. The core of Energime University’s courses will be geared towards solving current existing resource management and environmental challenges globally. Additional course materials and a matching curriculum will need to be developed specifically by EU professors to meet the unique demands and circumstances of various regions and countries throughout the world. These same courses can also be developed to respond to specific industries and government partner requirements as needed. Course materials will be dictated by what our professors discover through their advanced research and observations as it relates to their specific areas of expertise and course mission.
In most cases the course focus and suggestions for meeting those challenges covered in the course will be a direct result of those exploratory studies. Once the curriculums are decided upon by the course professor and University leadership, course lectures will need to be organized and recorded onto a master video discs and stored on University servers. Additional supportive videos and ancillary visual materials will also be collected and integrated during this period. To support this process will require a film crew, a tech person to organize and upload all course and supportive materials to the online platform, and translators to convert course materials from English into the local dominant language. In many cases travel will be necessary to construct each course as course professors are located in many varied locations globally due to existing commitments.
Once a full curriculum of core courses (Estimated to be around 40 Courses) is agreed upon by University leadership, supportive courses from partnering global Universities will be explored to identify what additional and complimentary courses are suitable for inclusion in the EU platform. At that point Energime will arrange (when possible) to either record or make use of existing courses that support our overall mission and core course offerings.
All online courses will be supported by on-the-ground course proctors and hands-on workshops when possible and feasible. We suggest those hands-on course sizes and timeframes to be limited to 25 students at 2 hour intervals over 10 sessions. This will allow adequate time for focus, questions, and answers with individual students. Course professors will travel to partnering regions periodically for lectures and mentoring opportunities each semester.
Ideally demonstration facilities will be part of the on-site experience although most basic classes can be taught in a conventional classroom.

A demonstration facility would be a self-contained modular building/greenhouse which would include solar, wind, geothermal, and heat exchange components supporting advanced aeroponic vertical farm systems, aquaculture, and algae production applications. In addition soil remediation, farm waste management, water storage and capturing technologies, and advanced livestock management systems would also be part of the facility. It is hoped in the future that EU training annexes will be attached as an included addition to regional sustainable projects and production sites globally to provide students with actual technical training opportunities. Once the platform is in place and a standard training facility designed and implemented it should be relatively easy to replicate this process and scale the platform out with relative ease world-wide.

The establishment of standard policies and compliance processes in the areas of personnel, student affairs and overall operating procedures with the purpose achieve consistency and understanding across its schools, departments and systems.

Energime University will partner with an internet firm with a middleware software product designed to managed and deliver any type of digital content, including but not limited to, live camera feed, content stored, on-or-off site premise servers. This entity can manage content from various data feeds, multiple data networks, physical users, and/or satellite or cable feeds, to any type of internet access device, anywhere in the world, at any time. This will need to be a rules-based content management platform for content ingestion, storage and distribution. It can be applied in both the educational setting and in enterprise multi-hub environments.
